Cambodia 17: A memorable journal entry
This is one of the very memorable journal entries I wrote whilst I was on the mission trip. Reading it now takes me back to the very moment and touches me just the same.

I was able to have deep conversations with a few of the students, and one guy in particular shared with me his testimony of conversion which really touched me. Read More
Cambodia 2017: Submission & Servanthood
Ephesians 5:21 (NKJV) “submitting to one another in the fear of God.”
Mark 10:43b-44 (NKJV) “..but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all.“

Cambodia 2017: Cultural barriers & evangelism
“Don’t allow cultural/ethnical differences to be a hinderance to your evangelism. “
I don’t think before coming to Singapore I was completely prepared and ready for the change in culture. I thought to myself “It’s fine! i’ve been to Singapore before, I’ve also been to China”. But visiting a country on holiday is very different from living in a country. I was going to have to settle down here, make friends and make my home here for the next year.
